Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management, is seeking a driven Territory Manager to own the Central West territory from Bathurst. You’ll build a local presence across Dubbo, Forbes, Orange and Mudgee, developing new business and strengthening existing client relationships.

This highly autonomous role relies on strong planning, proactive outreach and effective use of Salesforce to track leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting across the territory.
• Use internal sales tools to identify leads, build a quality pipeline and convert opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships including renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Plan travel and follow-up effectively across a large geographical area.
• Maintain lead, opportunity and customer activity in Salesforce and plan ahead for sales activity.
• Promote sustainable waste and recycling solutions with operational teams.
