Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia's leader in sustainable waste management, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our Darwin team and drive growth across the Northern Territory. You will identify opportunities, secure new business and manage a portfolio of customers with tailored waste solutions.

You will build lasting relationships across diverse industries, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate Salesforce records to meet revenue targets while contributing to Cleanaway's market leadership

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales and territory/account management.
Proven ability to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into contracts.
Negotiate new contracts, renewals and service agreements.
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored waste management solutions.
Achieve sales budgets and KPIs through territory/account management.
Maintain accurate customer records and reporting in Salesforce.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
