Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in Bathurst to own the Central West territory, covering Dubbo, Forbes, Orange and Mudgee. Build strong local relationships and promote sustainable waste and recycling solutions.

In this highly autonomous role you will prospect face-to-face, manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, and work with operational teams to deliver value to new and existing customers. A current driver's licence and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting, including direct outreach to businesses across the territory.
• Use internal sales tools to identify leads, build a quality pipeline and convert new opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, including retention, renewals and identifying further opportunities.
• Plan travel and customer follow-up effectively, maintaining a regular rhythm across this large geographical territory.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and customer activity in Salesforce system and plan ahead for upcoming sales activity.
• Promote Cleanaway's suite of sustainable waste and recycling solutions while working closely with local operational teams to support customers.
