Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking a driven Territory Manager to own the Central West territory from Bathurst, covering Dubbo, Forbes, Orange and Mudgee, and to be the face of the brand in this region.

In this highly autonomous role you will prospect face-to-face, grow and retain customers, promote sustainable waste and recycling solutions, and coordinate with local operations to deliver great service.

A track record in B2B sales, excellent communication, and strong planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• Resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting across the territory.
• Use internal tools to identify leads, build a pipeline and convert opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, including renewals and upsell.
• Plan travel and customer follow-up effectively across a large geographic area.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and activity records in Salesforce.
• Promote Cleanaway's waste and recycling solutions with local operations support.
