DulotxGroup Ltd. in Australia is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to lead a portfolio of key accounts across the Southern region of South Australia.

The role focuses on strong customer partnerships, field execution and territory growth through strategic plans and data-driven insights. You will spend significant time in the field building relationships with retail, trade and distribution customers, delivering education and category leadership, and driving sustainable business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer-facing experience, ideally within building products, hardware, trade, consumer goods or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and a growth mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering business outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing territory, account or customer growth plans.
• Data and insights-driven approach to decision making and sales planning.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts across the Southern region of South Australia and deliver territory growth.
• Develop relationships with retail, trade and distribution customers to identify opportunities.
• Provide product and technical support, conduct training and manage merchandising activities.
• Develop strategic account plans and use data to identify growth opportunities across the territory.
• Represent Cabot's brands in-store through education and exceptional execution.
