Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager for Adelaide to grow market share and build lasting customer relationships within the assigned region. You will work with contractors, business owners, and operators to identify the right equipment solutions and drive revenue.

The role focuses on promoting premium construction and forestry equipment, expanding new business, and delivering excellent customer service with travel across your territory. A dynamic, team‑oriented environment supports your success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in heavy equipment or construction industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to build new accounts and manage a territory independently.
• Hold a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within region.
• Willingness to obtain a passport for travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory.
• Promote and sell construction and forestry equipment solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve sales and market share targets.
• Assist with customer events, product launches and demonstrations.
