Job summary

Carrington Associates Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Territory Managers to drive sales growth in the Australian flooring market. You will develop relationships with flooring contractors, retailers, distributors, architects and designers across Victoria and New South Wales.

The role requires proven B2B sales or territory management experience, a strong knowledge of timber flooring, and the ability to work independently while meeting territory targets.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales / territory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the timber flooring / flooring industry.
• Experience working with contractors, retailers and distributors.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong customer focus.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
