BD ANZ is seeking a Territory Manager - Hernia Solutions to lead adoption across SA and NT, partnering with surgeons and perioperative teams to drive BD's hernia repair portfolio. You will spend most time in theatre, supporting procedures and educating teams while developing territory plans and pursuing new business.

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in a surgical environment.
• Operating theatre experience with surgeons.
• Strong territory management and business planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of BD's Hernia and Soft Tissue Reconstruction portfolio across SA and NT.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, perioperative teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑theatre product support, education and clinical expertise.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Expand existing accounts while uncovering new avenues for growth.
• Analyse market trends and sales performance to maximise results.
• Support product evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Manage consignment accounts and optimise product utilisation.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, account planning and CRM management.
• Partner with internal teams to maximise territory performance.
