Qualifications

Minimum Year 12 education.
Proven success in territory-based medical device sales.
Experience supporting clinical procedures in operating theatres.
Willingness to travel as required within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace.
Provide regular, meaningful, and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Support theatre cases and provide training and education to clinical end users and hospital staff on products.
Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
Identify and maintain productive relationships with key customers.
Ensure high level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained.
Understand competitive products and strengths relative to Medtronic.
Develop and expand territory management and selling skills.
