Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking a motivated Territory Manager for Electrical & Lighting Solutions to lead initiatives across Sydney and NSW. This role offers a base salary of $95,000–$120,000 plus superannuation, car allowance, and tools of the trade.

As the manager of a large territory, you'll have the autonomy to build relationships, grow existing accounts, and close new business. With your proactive approach and strong sales experience, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's reach

Territory Manager – Electrical & Lighting Solutions

Supplying residential, commercial and industrial markets, the business is known for quality products, innovation and practical solutions that meet the needs of electrical wholesalers, contractors and their customers.

Its range includes everyday lighting products, commercial and industrial systems, and smart lighting solutions. With an experienced team and a focus on customer service, the business is continuing to invest in growth and is looking for a motivated Territory Manager to expand its reach across Sydney and NSW.

The Opportunity

Based in Sydney, you’ll manage a large NSW territory, growing sales through electrical wholesalers and contractors. With support from an experienced team, you’ll have the autonomy to build relationships, win new business and make the territory your own.

Your focus will be to:

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers and contractors.
• Identify opportunities and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Plan customer visits and manage your territory to achieve sales targets.

About You

You’re proactive, commercially minded and enjoy getting out in front of customers. You’ll bring:
