Job summary

RecruitShop in South East Queensland to Mackay is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow key accounts across mining, transit, marine, oil and gas sectors with emphasis on electric drive systems.

You will own the territory, create and execute call plans, travel regularly, identify growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships and drive the product range into new markets while reporting KPI progress to the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in the surface mining or heavy rail industries.
• Experience with electric drive systems preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing customer accounts across your territory.
• Create and execute a call plan with regular travel in the region.
• Identify opportunities for product range expansion.
• Build customer relationships and drive opportunities to outcomes.
• Uncover new business opportunities and growth markets.
• Report against KPI standards regularly.
• Use CRM software to track activities.
