Qualifications

• Proven business development or key account management experience within mining, industrial, electrical or engineering sectors.
• Understanding of mining and industrial landscape and how to navigate customers.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business value for customers.
• Strong passion for solving customers' problems, not just pitching.
• CRM discipline for pipeline health and accurate forecasting.
• Electrical background with sales experience in mining/industrial applications (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Own established key account portfolio in mining and industrial electrical sectors and grow it.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Translate technical solutions into tangible business value for clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reviews.
• Collaborate with leading industrial automation and electrical brands to deliver solutions.
