Renteca is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities, grow key client relationships and drive revenue growth by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions that meet both their technical and commercial needs. Based in Townsville, Queensland, this role requires regular site travel to support clients across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management or technical sales in mining, construction, industrial, energy or related sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions.
• Proactive approach to territory growth and opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue across Queensland.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and tender submissions, demonstrate products.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Own and autonomously drive the territory with regular site travel.
