Job summary

Drivetrain Australia, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Queensland to grow parts, service and capital equipment sales. The role focuses on new markets, customers and products while aligning with core business plans for sustainable revenue growth.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in mining sales, strong relationship skills, and solid knowledge of driveline equipment. Hybrid working options are available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the off-highway or mining industry.
• Advanced relationship development and management skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of mining equipment and driveline components.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written English).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, bids and budget estimates for spare parts, axle and transmission sales, MRO projects and capital sales opportunities.
• Prepare service and maintenance proposals.
• Provide support in developing product pricing for the portfolio.
• Prepare lifecycle maintenance cost estimates for capital equipment proposals and spare parts.
• Coordinate with departments to provide value-added solutions to customers.
