Terranova Seeds is seeking a Territory Manager & Product Development Manager for Central Queensland, combining sales with product development. You will drive revenue, manage client relationships and oversee regional trial programs, focusing on tomatoes, peppers, cucurbits, green bean and sweetcorn.

You will collaborate with the National Product Development Manager to forecast demand and launch new varieties.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales skills in a vegetable seed environment.
• Technical agronomy knowledge for vegetable crops.
• Experience running ongoing vegetable trial programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and growers.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Grow sales, volume and gross profit in the region to targets.
• Be present in the region, seeking growth with existing and new clients.
• Spend majority of time client-engaged, developing sales and product development.
• Oversee ongoing trialling, development and launch of new vegetable varieties.
• Gather and report quality trial data to support new varieties.
