Pacific Seeds is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales activity across Central Queensland, the Coalfields and the Callide-Dawson region. You will report to the National Sales Manager and become a key connection between Pacific Seeds, local agents, growers and key accounts.

Your days will be varied and grounded in the market, discussing product performance, assisting agents, representing us at field days and turning market insight into a territory plan.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and customer-service professional with strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Hold a current C-class driver’s licence.
• Degree in agriculture or business or relevant experience in a similar position.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales activity across Central Queensland, the Coalfields and Callide-Dawson region.
• Maintain forecasting, stock oversight and reporting with Salesforce discipline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Technical Development to deliver a connected customer experience.
• Turn market insight into a practical territory plan and execute national strategies locally.
• Represent Pacific Seeds at field days and engage with local agents and growers.
