Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Loveland Sales Manager to lead promotion, positioning and sales of Loveland technologies across the Toowoomba region in Queensland. You will work with retail sales teams and key stakeholders to meet and exceed annual sales targets, while identifying growth opportunities and contributing to strategic planning.

The role requires strong knowledge of agricultural products and cropping systems, a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience in agriculture.
• Broad knowledge of agricultural products and cropping systems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy, Chemistry, Plant Science, or related field.
• Strong self-motivation, accountability and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the area and across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of Loveland technologies with stakeholders and customers.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales goals through targeted sales activity and engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic business planning.
• Collaborate with distribution management and sales teams to drive outcomes.
• Provide marketing, agronomic and technical information for correct positioning.
• Act as a key technical resource for Loveland products and cropping systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by solving problems and creating practical solutions.
