Michael Page is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to own growth in the Brisbane/Queensland region. You will nurture merchant and reseller accounts while winning new business with residential builders, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Reporting to the Queensland Sales Manager, you will develop account plans, conduct QBRs, manage quotes and RFQs, and maintain Salesforce CRM. Collaboration with technical, specification, and supply chain teams is key to delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within building products, construction, industrial, manufacturing, trade supplies, or related B2B sales environment.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with distributors, merchants, or hardware-focused customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable sales growth.
• Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM systems.
• A proactive and self-driven approach to managing a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow merchant, reseller, and hardware store accounts.
• Drive demand with residential builders, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Regularly visit customers and conduct QBRs.
• Develop account plans and territory growth strategies.
• Manage quotes, RFQs, and sales inquiries.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
• Hit individual sales targets while contributing to the team.
