Qualifications

• Experience in account management or B2B sales within construction, civil, industrial, or related sectors.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and influence commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing tenders, contracts, and multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships across key customer organisations.
• Driving revenue growth within existing accounts while identifying new project opportunities.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to customer needs.
• Leading tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract outcomes.
• Maintaining strong on-site presence with customers across Brisbane and broader QLD.
• Collaborating internally with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
