Jaybro Group in Mackay is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own the Central Queensland territory. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business, implementing growth plans, and building lasting relationships with customers across the region.

You will drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service for infrastructure contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth in construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Commercially minded with full sales-cycle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Central Queensland region and deliver revenue and GP growth via a strategic sales plan.
• Generate leads through proactive cold calling and in-person visits to expand customer base.
• Build trusted relationships with customers at all levels and deliver WOW service during visits.
• Lead as the main touchpoint for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements from opportunity to execution.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
