Qualifications

• Experience selling electromechanical equipment or related industrial products.
• Strong relationship management and account growth ability.
• Experience with mining, power generation, utilities, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Stable employment history and long-term career focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established industrial accounts.
• Visit customers regularly across North Queensland.
• Identify opportunities for motors, transformers, gearboxes and related services.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal sales, workshop and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity plans.
• Develop new customer relationships across key sectors.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and territory planning.
