Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage an established Brisbane-based account base across merchant, reseller, and hardware stores. You will grow relationships with residential builders, contractors, and project stakeholders, while expanding into new business opportunities.

This role reports to the Queensland Sales Manager and uses Salesforce to forecast, manage pipeline, and deliver on targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within building products or related B2B sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience with distributors, merchants, or hardware customers.
• Ability to spot opportunities and convert to growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage merchant, reseller, and hardware store accounts.
• Visit customers regularly and conduct QBRs.
• Develop territory growth plans and account strategies.
• Manage quotes, RFQs and sales inquiries.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical, specification, CS and supply chain teams.
