Job summary

Link Wentworth is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Manager to deliver comprehensive tenancy and property management services in Windsor, NSW. The role requires strong people skills to assist customers with housing concerns and to promote sustainable tenancies across the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community services, knowledge of social housing policy, and a patient, empathetic approach to diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy and property management.
• Understanding of tenancy policy and legislation is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General tenancy and property management duties.
• Conducting signups of tenancies and explaining tenancy conditions.
• Promoting best practice arrears management with early interventions.
• Identifying and negotiating support for customers to sustain tenancies.
• Engaging with customers to identify housing and lifestyle needs to build cohesive communities.
