Job summary

inhousing is seeking a Manager, Tenancy to lead high-quality tenancy management across our housing programs. You will oversee portfolio performance, complex matters, safeguarding concerns and regulatory compliance.

You will lead an experienced tenancy team, monitor KPIs, develop policies and annual plans, and report to senior leaders and the Board.

This 12-month full-time contract offers above-award pay, salary packaging and super, with hybrid working and a path to ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading tenancy teams.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safeguarding.
• Ability to monitor performance and report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tenancy team to deliver high-quality, person-centred tenancy services.
• Monitor tenancy performance, KPIs and tenant feedback.
• Oversee complex tenancy matters, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Develop and implement tenancy policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance and remediation activities.
• Manage governance reporting, budgets and regulatory obligations.
• Lead the Annual Operations Plan development and reporting.
• Build relationships with government, community housing and disability sector stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
