Link Wentworth is seeking an experienced Team Leader, Tenancy to lead a high-performing tenancy management team and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers in Greater Sydney. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, Tenancy, you will oversee tenancy operations, drive service excellence, support tenancy sustainment and ensure compliance with housing legislation and organisational requirements.

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management and social housing.
• Experience working with customers with complex needs is preferred.
• Excellent written communication, including report writing and documentation.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a tenancy management team.
• Oversee tenancy management activities including arrears, complaints, appeals, anti-social behaviour and sustainment.
• Drive performance against housing and operational KPIs.
• Support complex tenancy matters including NCAT proceedings and compliance activities.
• Build relationships with tenants, community partners and government stakeholders.
• Contribute to community-building initiatives to improve tenant outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and standards.
• Identify and implement continuous service improvements.
