Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Technology Change Manager to drive enterprise-wide change across technology initiatives. You will coordinate with technology teams, delivery leaders, stakeholders and communications partners to ensure successful adoption and benefits realization.

You will bring a practical, structured approach to change management, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, readiness planning and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management within projects, programs, or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent initiatives.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in technology, digital or transformation environments.
• Comfort with Agile or iterative delivery approaches.
• Ability to use data, reporting and insights to measure adoption.
• Change management certification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align change activities across multiple technology initiatives.
• Identify interdependencies, sequencing, and capacity risks across concurrent programs.
• Develop and deliver change management plans, impact assessments, readiness activities.
• Partner with leaders and teams to support adoption and embed change.
• Align change activities with delivery milestones and schedules.
• Collaborate with communications to coordinate messaging.
• Monitor adoption and change effectiveness using data and insights.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and governance.
