Responsabilidades

• Lead the change management strategy across a statewide implementation.
• Assess change impacts, manage resistance and drive business readiness initiatives.
• Drive communications and stakeholder engagement, articulating benefits and impacts.
• Oversee training needs analysis, materials and delivery.
• Partner with technical teams to align user needs with testing and rollout planning.
• Lead and mentor the change team, reporting on readiness, adoption, risks and progress.
• Support business transition and embed new processes post-implementation.
