Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Change and Adoption Manager to lead the people and stakeholder aspects of a major digital transformation. You will shape change strategies, drive readiness and adoption, and partner with senior leaders across ART Life to deliver lasting business value for members, customers and employees.

Qualifications

Substantial experience leading change across complex digital or operating model transformations.
Knowledge of organisational change, readiness, adoption and behaviour change.
Proven success influencing and coaching executives and senior leaders through change.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and negotiation.
Experience integrating change management with agile, iterative or vendor-led delivery.
Ability to identify barriers and translate insights into practical actions.
Experience measuring adoption, readiness and benefits outcomes.
Qualified in Prosci, APMG or equivalent.
Experience in regulated and complex environments (financial services, life insurance, superannuation).
Tertiary qualification in psychology, communications, HR, business or related discipline.
Familiar with service design, human-centred design, organisational design or operating model change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver integrated change and adoption strategies aligned with program outcomes.
Lead stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
Coach leadership and sponsorship strategies to build alignment.
Identify resistance drivers and develop targeted interventions to improve engagement and adoption.
Partner with project teams to ensure people and operational impacts are considered throughout delivery.
Design and facilitate workshops, co-design activities and stakeholder engagement forums.
Develop and deliver change plans covering communications, learning, capability and business readiness.
Define adoption and readiness measures and report on change risks and outcomes.
