Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance on Komatsu equipment in the Perth region. You will carry out inspections, servicing, and commissioning tasks while delivering superior customer service alongside the Field Service team.

Applicants should have a mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent, proven experience with construction/mobile plant, and the ability to work unsupervised in remote areas. HR licence is required.

• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction/utility mobile plant.
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work in remote areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on Komatsu equipment, including commissioning inspections and servicing.
• Provide outstanding customer service while working with the Field Service team to deliver OEM servicing.

The Opportunity:

The Perth Service department is looking for our next Field Service Technician. You will carry out preventative maintenance on Komatsu equipment including commissioning inspections, Komplimentary servicing, and machine servicing.

While providing outstanding customer service you will work alongside the Field Service team to provide Komatsu OEM servicing.

This role is vital to deliver high quality maintenance solutions and excellent customer service.

Roster: Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays available | 4:3 Options are available

Role Located: Perth Region - Service Department
