Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a skilled mobile plant technician to operate from Darwin and be trained to become an expert Komatsu technician. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing and repairs across multiple sites, working with a great team to support your career development.

This role offers opportunities to work across Darwin and NT, with a focus on safety, autonomy, and reliable service delivery while providing a supportive environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 Mobile Plant trade certificate or equivalent.
• Current driver's licence.
• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction and mining mobile plant.
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work in remote areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Komatsu equipment.
• Inspect, service, and repair mobile plant across Darwin and NT.
• Work with a team and travel to client sites as required.

The Opportunity:

As part of the Darwin Branch you will be trained to be an expert Komatsu technician.

Plus, you’ll be working with a great team and supported to develop your career further.

Your role will involve preventative maintenance on Komatsu equipment plus inspections, Complimentary servicing, and repairs.

There is a variety of work available across Darwin and NT with multiple clients.

Roster Options:

• 5:2 Local Field Service and or Workshop based
• 7:7 BIBO (Bus in Bus out)
• 2:1 FIFO
