Downer’s Energy & Utilities team is seeking a proactive Technical Service Coordinator. You will support efficient UAM operations, coordinating daily activities across field and project teams while engaging clients and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes strong communication and meticulous organisation in a busy environment. Ideal candidates will have at least three years in admin/coordination, proficient MS Office use (especially Excel), smart data entry skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Three years minimum experience in administration, coordination or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good computer, mobile device and general technology skills.
• Strong data entry and keyboard skills.
• Ability to prioritise work to meet KPIs.
• Collaborative and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
