Job summary

Monaco Global Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW seeks a Technical Sales Representative to grow relationships with construction clients and promote formwork products. You will provide technical guidance on product selection and application, prepare quotations and follow up leads to secure new business, and coordinate with internal teams on specifications and after-sales support.

Regular client visits and industry event participation are expected, with travel within the region and a focus on meeting sales

Qualifications

• Experience selling construction products or related technical solutions.
• Strong client-relations and issue-resolution abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations and training to clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of formwork, concrete, or construction industry practices.
• Able to work independently, manage a territory and meet sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.

• Manage and grow relationships with construction industry clients.
