Job summary

P3 Recruitment is seeking a NSW Sales Representative for an innovative Australian-owned construction products company. You’ll visit builders and sites across New South Wales, develop new business and manage a proactive pipeline with inbound and prospecting leads.

This is a genuine relationship-based role where you’ll train clients, demonstrate installation and grow key accounts, all while enjoying autonomy and a defined NSW territory with career progression.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of residential or commercial construction.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with builders and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit builders and construction sites across New South Wales.
• Build long-term relationships with builders, developers and contractors.
• Demonstrate products and provide practical installation advice.
• Train clients on product installation and best practice.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations; manage your territory autonomously.
