Job summary

Sun Point International Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic sales-focused professional to drive business development in the Greater Sydney region. You will identify and secure new hire opportunities while building durable relationships with formworkers, builders and subcontractors.

You will regularly visit active construction sites, assess requirements, and tailor formwork packages to meet project needs. A strong track record in lead generation, negotiations, and client management will help you

Qualifications

Proven background in formwork, civil, or construction sector.
Track record in proactive business development and lead generation.
Ability to manage client relationships and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Sydney construction sites.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project specs.
Hands-on product onboarding and customer support.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new sales and hire opportunities across Greater Sydney.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with formworkers, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
Conduct on-site visits to assess requirements, review site plans, and recommend formwork packages.
Prepare quotations, negotiate hire contracts, and follow up leads to completion.
Collaborate with yard, logistics, and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor local industry developments to grow the customer base.
Provide responsive customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
