Job summary

Acrow is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our NSW Formwork portfolio. You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and hire targets, and coordinate design, operations and finance resources to deliver tailored project solutions.

Leveraging technical knowledge and commercial acumen, you will interpret drawings, manage client inquiries, and help move opportunities from initial contact through close, with a view to developing into more senior roles within Acrow.

Qualifications

• Experience with Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers to achieve sales and hire targets across the Formwork portfolio.
• Coordinate internal resources (design, operations, and finance) on each customer project.
• Assist in developing tailored project-specific solutions and guide opportunities from initial contact to close.
