Job summary

Altrad RMD Australia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Sydney to drive growth through innovative design solutions, competitive pricing and strong client relationships. You will target Tier 1 clients and major contractors, building long-term partnerships while managing multiple projects and on-site engagements.

The role requires a proven sales background in formwork, shoring or construction, with strong negotiation and reading of technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in construction-related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure work with Tier 1 clients and major contractors.
• Manage commercial relationships with existing clients while winning new market share.
• Engage with builders, engineers, site leads and project managers daily on technical matters.
• Travel to regional NSW or interstate as required.
