Daikin Australia, a leader in HVAC, seeks a technically skilled professional to support the Sales team and prepare quotes for projects and tenders. You will review project specs, select products, and provide timely pricing and guidance to customers.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering qualification (or HVAC trade) and can read technical plans and tender specs. You will work both independently and in a team, delivering accurate information and strong customer relationships while

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret technical plans and tender specifications.
• Experience in HVAC sales, engineering or consultancy is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive approach to learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Review project and product specifications, select products, and provide quotes.
• Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products for internal/external customers.
• Provide product information and guidance on technical queries.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers.
