Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organisation practice in Melbourne and Sydney, partnering with senior leaders to shape transformation agendas, lead complex engagements and deliver lasting business outcomes.

You’ll build trusted relationships with executives, guide critical decisions, coach consultants and contribute thought leadership to client challenges across Change Management, HR Transformation and Talent.

Qualifications

• Track record in management consulting or advisory environment with deep expertise in Change Management, HR Transformation or Talent.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead complex change, HR and talent transformation programs that align people priorities with business strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, providing advice and guiding critical decisions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, overseeing delivery quality, commercial performance and client outcomes.
• Develop proposals, shape solutions and lead business development opportunities.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers, building capability across the practice.
• Contribute thought leadership, market insights and new approaches to client challenges.
