Job summary

Advance Thinking in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation program focused on the future of contact centre technology. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Change Analyst or Change Management professional.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience developing Change Plans, Impact Assessments and readiness analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to develop high-quality change collateral.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, organisation and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their business impact clearly.
• Experience working collaboratively within an established Change & Adoption team.
• Experience with contact centre, telephony or customer service technology would be highly regarded.

About the Opportunity Advance Thinking is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on the future of contact centre technology.

Working within an established Change & Adoption team, you'll support a Change Manager / Change Lead to deliver the change activities required to successfully transition the business to new technology and ways of working.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across change planning, impact assessment, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption within a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with change, project, technology and business teams to understand the impact of technology change and help prepare stakeholders for successful adoption.
