Job summary

Latitude IT in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead people and business change within a major digital transformation. You will ensure teams are prepared, engaged and supported through new technology, processes and ways of working.

You will develop and execute change strategies, plans and communications, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable benefits across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Change Management within large-scale tech or digital programs.
• Proven ability to lead across multi-workstream transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communications, and training expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across a complex digital transformation program.
• Develop change strategies, plans and communications aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Perform change impact assessments across processes, systems and roles.
• Create stakeholder engagement, training and adoption plans.
• Ensure business readiness is embedded throughout delivery.
• Identify and manage change risks and resistance.
• Engage senior leaders to build understanding and commitment.
• Support transition of new tech and operating models into BAU.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and key risks.
