Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking Senior Change Managers to lead the people side of a major Finance & Operations transformation and AI Agentification programs. The role is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working, based in Melbourne or Sydney.

You’ll own end-to-end change strategy and delivery across a multi-stream roadmap, ensuring change is designed around impacted people and measured by adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale change programs across strategy, design and delivery.
• Proven ability to drive adoption at scale within finance, operations or related functions.
• Strong track record engaging senior executives and maintaining trusted relationships.
• Expertise designing capability uplift programs and change communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy and translate it into sequenced, executable plans focusing on adoption outcomes.
• Lead change activity across target operating models, governance, reporting and ways of working.
• Assess impacted groups, test readiness, and support go-live until processes stabilise.
• Own communications aligned to policy standards and leadership briefings.
• Design and deliver training including AI fluency for finance professionals.
• Drive adoption of new systems and retire legacy processes as new ones land.
• Identify adoption risks early and define mitigations across enterprise initiatives.
• Sequence activity across the roadmap and hand initiatives to BAU with clear ownership.
