Job summary

Yo-Chi in Melbourne is seeking passionate Casual Team Leaders to guide a busy shift, set the standard on the floor and help create the fun, welcoming environment Yo-Chi is known for.

You’ll lead from the front, motivate a team, deliver friendly service to guests, handle opening/closing tasks, stock and safety, and contribute to the store’s growth as we expand across Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Deliver genuine, friendly service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and support team members while leading by example.
• Open and close the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Ensure every Yo-Chi served looks just as good as it tastes.
• Manage stock, receive deliveries and keep everything organised behind the scenes.
• Maintain our food safety, hygiene and operational standards daily.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
