Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Surry Hills is seeking a Venue Leader to helm a high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive venue performance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

This hands-on role focuses on coaching, rostering, stock control, and ensuring standards across product quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and a flexible Monday-Sunday roster.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR environments.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of labour management, COGS, and venue performance.
• Confident with daily operations, administration, and stock control.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team every shift.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to help team members grow and perform at their best.
• Support sales growth while managing labour and COGS to achieve commercial targets.
• Oversee rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling, venue administration, and compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, lead, and retain a team that 'SHARES THE CHI'!
• Ensure exceptional standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, training completion, and operational execution.
