Job summary

Yo-Chi is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive energy on shift and lead a high-performing crew across busy periods. You will guide frontline staff, coach teammates, and uphold Yo-Chi’s service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences every visit.

This role requires you to open/close the venue, manage cash and daily admin tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support stock control while maintaining consistent food safety practices. A passion for people and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and bring positive energy to a team.
• Keen to learn, grow and develop professionally.
• Confident in making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.

The role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for. You’ll lead from the front, uplift your crew, and set the standard for the CHI, service and energy that makes Yo-Chi different.
