Job summary

Yo-Chi is seeking a Team Leader to guide on-shift operations, keep energy high and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team and uphold Yo-Chi’s standards of service, safety and fun.

You’ll manage opening/closing duties, stock, and daily admin while delivering consistent hospitality across rotating day and night rosters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and energise a team.
• Hungry to learn, grow and develop.
• Confident for decisions and problem-solving during shifts.
• Willing to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
• Genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

The role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for. You’ll lead from the front, uplift your crew, and set the standard for the CHI, service and energy that makes Yo-Chi different.
