Job summary

Yo-Chi in Brisbane is seeking a Casual Team Leader who brings energy and hospitality to every shift. You will lead a small team during busy periods and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You\'ll coach colleagues, manage opening and closing tasks, handle cash, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support stock and deliveries. This role offers flexible rosters and real opportunities to grow with Yo-Chi as we expand across Australia.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
