Job summary

Yo-Chi in Melbourne is hiring a Team Leader to lead your on-shift crew across busy periods at Hawthorn, Balaclava and Windsor venues. You’ll drive energy, coach teammates, ensure guest experiences are memorable, and uphold service standards.

We’re seeking 2+ years of leadership in hospitality or retail, a positive, proactive mindset, and availability for rotating rosters including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Join our energetic, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Ability to motivate and bring positive energy to a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.

With the busy holiday period fast approaching, we’re ramping up recruitment across our Melbourne Yo-Chi venues. We are hiring across Hawthorn, Balaclava and Windsor! We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven Team Leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love leading by example and are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for. You’ll lead from the front, uplift your crew, and set the standard for the CHI, service and energy that makes Yo-Chi different.

What you’ll be doing:
