Job summary

Yo-Chi in Adelaide is seeking full-time Team Leaders for our Glenelg and Henley venues to lead shifts, energize the crew and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You will coach staff, open/close the venue, handle cash, manage stock, and uphold food safety and service standards while delivering outstanding hospitality daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Natural ability to motivate and energize a team.
• Desire to learn, grow and develop professionally.
• Confident decision-maker and problem-solver during a shift.
• Available to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for people, teamwork and delivering great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
• Coach and support team members while leading by example.
• Open and close the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.

We are hiring across for full time Team Leaders across our Glenelg and Henley venues! We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven Team Leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love leading by example and are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for. You’ll lead from the front, uplift your crew, and set the standard for the CHI, service and energy that makes Yo-Chi different.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.

• Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
