NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Team Leader in the Northern District to guide a Housing Services team delivering client-centred outcomes. You will lead staff, balance service excellence with business aims, and drive performance across the district.

You will support staff through complex client needs, ensure quality service, and contribute to positive housing outcomes while aligning with policy and legislative requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a complex service delivery environment.
• Strong leadership including coaching and capability development.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for vulnerable clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Deliver responsive, client-centred services that meet positive outcomes for customers and communities.
• Monitor performance and service delivery outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage complex client matters and provide support and guidance to staff.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality and operational performance.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
