Job summary

Department: HS Northern – Banora Point NSW is seeking a Team Leader to guide a housing services team in delivering client-centred services to vulnerable communities. The role focuses on achieving high-quality outcomes, strong operational performance, and staff development.

You will lead and support staff, balance customer service with business objectives, and help create a talent pool for future opportunities across the Northern District.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a complex service delivery environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and capability development.
• Commitment to client-centered services for vulnerable communities.
• Ability to balance customer service with operational priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
